Dear team,
I have vodafone postpaid connection for my fayher and is Age- 83
Mobile no.- 9309383430
From last few month many charge donr in this no.
In march bill amt. Is apporex 650/- inculeded content charges. Tollfree number employee say that the charges for content downlod but phone is simpley kee paid phone.
Employee say that please pay amount Charges will be reverse and rest amount adjust in next month bill but in april bill amount is 813 due to same resone.
Kindly reverse the charges of march and april month bill and excess amount adjust in the bill..
