Am writing this email with full of frustration!!
Here is my JioFiber Service ID 4435667731 for which I lost interest connection 5 days before which was not yet fixed.
I have raised SR on 13 May 2025 at 12:12 Am which was never assigned to an engineer to fix until 14 May 2025 (10:22 Am). Hence I assumed there is issue app and ticket raised properly and cancelled that request.
However I have raised another request which mentioned in this email subject on 14 May 2025 at 10:23 Am which also not assigned to engineer until now. Further more I personally reached out to the Jio Centre and Spoke to Aravind (Mob. No. +919080676217) and He confirmed that engineer will be assigned and this issue will be closed yesterday itself. However no one reached out to me.
If this how Jio is going to provide the service to it customer. I don’t want to continue with Jio fiber anymore. If the issue can’t be addressed to resolve today.
I would recommend you deactivate the jio Fiber and provide me with the confirmation. So that I can move with better service providers.
