Dear Sir/Ma’am
It’s been much over 1 year that I had disconnected my Broadband connection with Hathway due to their poor service and better offering from competition. I also returned their modem and their person collected the same.
I receive multiple calls from them even as on date harassing me to renew y broadband connection. I had asked them to close my account, but they have yet not done that and I keep getting phone calls and endless messages to renew.
I have written multiple emails to their customer care and nodal officer. Not a single email was replied to.
i would request you to take strict action against them as I continue to be harassed by their representatives who keep calling and their servers that send messages everyday.
Connection is in the name of: Suddhant Bijlani
They did not even correct my name after sending repeated requests and reminders. Request for a strict action to stop this harassment.
