Hi,
I made a reservation through Agoda for a hotel in Rishikesh on 7 Oct. Payment was made online thru my credit card and I also got a booking confirmation. When I called the hotel right after the booking, the number was wrong. Upon reaching the hotel they denied check-in.
The Hotel owner clearly said that we do not cater bookings done from Agoda.
Please help me with my refund because this is absolutely unprofessional. I had to search for a new hotel at 10:30 PM which wasted a lot of time. I also called the customer support number but they didn’t provide any help.
