Ordered paneer tikka sub from Subhub restaurant from Swiggy and received compromised food ( expired bread used) ( on 9th June 2022) bread was sticking on paper and was smelling like expired and when I complained it to Swiggy and asked for refund customer care person Swati misbehaved and when I requested her to connect me with her manager she hang up my call. It was really disappointing and disgusting services I have experienced , I was treated like a fool and was put on hold for 30 mins and then deliberately my call was disconnected by Swiggy customer care person named Swati. I want strict action to be taken against Swiggy and it’s representative ( Swati ) and want compensation of Rs-20000/- for this harassment and awful food delivery and services ..
