Dear Customer Support Team,
I have placed my order on Meesho app on 28/11/2023 & 03/12/2023 respectively and I have been received both product with poor quality on 02/12/2023 & 06/12/2023. Upon checking, I have received the wrong product and filed a return request.
Order number is as under: –

Sub Order ID – 685606105349_1 – Ravishing Blankets, Throws & Quilts – Double dt: -02/12/2023
Therefore, I raise return request to the app but they gave it through QC process but i got completely poor quality product that’s why it failed in QC. I urged them to do it to non QC pickup and call them but they don’t do anything and my pickup cancelled again and again. I also contacted the courier partner they asked me that Messho don’t listen their request.
the delivery agent rejected the pickup saying the quality checkup failed as the original order product images doesn’t match and asked to file a complaint. How will they match if they send a wrong product. I have called the customer care and they are saying that return option is not available as i have cancelled previously some other products and they cannot help. Totally Different from I ordered one. So I return requested. But Courier side told Quality Check Shows for me so i can’t take return pickup and update quality failed on 5th May. Again I contact Meesho Customer Team they told we update exception non QC and reinitiate. But again and again Courier side updates QC Failed. Same Repeat upto today (13-12-2023). Now Meesho Support Team Said Your Profile under the Poor Quality so can’t return and refund.
