I ordered 3 kurta set combo from Delight Fashion. They sent that courier with Amazon courier service and I received those on 17 April 2024. All three dresses are completely different from what I ordered. Not only that, all of the three dresses are extremely dirty, torn, and used products. It is really annoying to see such a kind of service from Delight Fashion. It was the first time I ordered from the website of Delight Fashion. and it was my worst experience ever in my life to be cheated and frauded to this extent. I sent an email to “kurtiworld530@gmail.com’, which is provided as a contact point on their website. In response to my mail, they send me a mobile number saying “Call me 7763067770”. When I called that number they said they would refund to my g-pay account and for that they took my g-pay number. But, instead of refunding, they sent a link to install some app to my whatsapp number. When I caught them asking why I have to install any all for getting my money back and I denied to do that. They simply cut the call. From this incident, it is clear that they are totally fraud and cheating common people. Please solve my problem.

Which was delivered today (26.4.2024)
All the 3 suit set was damaged and torn
And i was very unhappy and Satisfied with your customer service
Kindly ask the delivery man to collect the dress
And I need payment of rupees 999
Kindly process it.
If its not going to be answered
I will take a serious action
