I am writing to file a formal complaint against Zingbus for the significant inconvenience and disruption caused during my recent travel experience with their service.On 19th April 2024, I booked a ticket with Zingbus for the Ahmedabad, scheduled to depart at 10:10pm. Unfortunately, the bus was delayed by more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, leading to severe inconvenience and potential ramifications for my travel plans. This delay not only resulted in significant wasted time but also jeopardized my ability to reach my destination in a timely manner. Of even greater concern is the impact this delay has on my future travel plans. Tomorrow morning, I have a train departure from Sabarmati Junction at 9:45am, and the prolonged delay of the Zingbus service raises legitimate concerns about my ability to reach the station on time. If I miss my train due to Zingbus’s negligence, it could result in further financial loss and inconvenience. Despite reaching out to Zingbus regarding this issue, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. Therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter and hold Zingbus accountable for their failure to provide the promised service. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused, as well as assurance that Zingbus will take immediate and concrete steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, I urge the Consumer Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that Zingbus upholds its obligations to its customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Consumer Court will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and protect the rights of consumers.
