I had placed an order with order# 403-5240992-5493101 but I didn’t receive
the complete consignment. I received only 2 curtains instead of 12. I immediately raised a return request and was assured that a full refund will be given. But now I have been told that there are no missing items. I am attaching the image of the package that I last
received, and have asked the Amazon customer service team to explain how the entire 12 curtains can be packed and shipped in such a small package? What is the weight associated with the AWB number?
The customer service team is repeating their standard reply and not listening to our side of the story. Need your help to resolve the matter urgently. The total value of the order is Rs.3828.
