It’s related to women safety also , how he can use abusive language to the valuable customer
I have ordered some products from Myntra , I got a called for delivery today at the mid day so I was in office not able to pickup my product . So I have requested that delivery boy to be come in evening time at 7:30 but I got lill bit late by 10 minutes to reaching my home because of some traffic. After coming near to delivery executive I have asked for parcel to give me then he was showing me attitude and then again I have asked give me my parcel he told I am talking to my wife and will give you after that so he waited me approx 10 minutes then he started using abusive language . I don’t expect this type of behaviour from you guys, he was not responding me properly , please take the action on him.
