Hi Tenax Tees Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order 7791681372458.
The product I received is significantly different from the product shown on your website. The shirt advertised is clearly shown in Neon Blue, whereas the shirt I received is Dark Blue. This is not a minor colour variation; it is visibly a different colour from what was advertised.
Additionally, I am also not satisfied with the quality of the product. Considering the amount paid, I expected the product to match the website images and the quality represented in the advertisement.
I therefore request you to please arrange a return and issue a full refund for the order.
