I am writing to register a complaint regarding an unsuccessful food order placed through ONDC Foods on Paytm. On 21/05/2023 at 4:55 PM, I made a food order with ONDC Foods, amounting to ₹388.24, which was deducted from my Paytm wallet. However, despite the deduction, the order was not processed, and my amount has not been refunded.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience, as I expected a smooth and reliable service from Paytm and its associated merchants. The lack of order fulfillment and the failure to initiate a refund have inconvenienced me greatly.

I have already attempted to seek assistance through Paytm’s customer support helpline, but my concern remains unresolved. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution of the issue. I believe it is crucial to address customer grievances and rectify any lapses in service quality.

To facilitate a swift resolution, I have attached the following supporting documents:

Any previous communication or correspondence I have had with Paytm’s customer support team
I would appreciate it if you could take the following actions:

Investigate the reason behind the order not being processed despite the deduction of funds.
Initiate an immediate refund of the deducted amount (₹388.24) back to my Paytm wallet.
Ensure that such incidents do not recur and that appropriate measures are taken to maintain the reliability of Paytm’s services.
I expect a timely response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Failure to address this complaint promptly will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative avenues, such as lodging a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection organizations.

I value the services provided by Paytm and trust that my concerns will be treated with the importance they deserve. I hope that together, we can resolve this issue and restore my faith in your platform.
