This is with regards to the poor food quality concern raise by me many times via chat, email but still swiggy is persistent in maintaining poor customer support and food quality both. I have been trying to reach out to them via email as that is the only option left for customer to do, their call support people directly mention they are not allowed to share solution over call. The compliant is regarding delivery completely wrong order and one of parcel has hairs allover it to which swiggy customer care executive shared we will not be able to do anything. My question is that you can deliver wrong and poor-quality food but not take responsibility for it.
