Order ID – OD226154967488486000 men usha ki sewing machine order ki thi flipkart se, 16 oct 2022 ko lekin machine ki quality poor hai, paint quality not good, stitching proper nahi hai, uske baad mene product ko replacement karwaya, 1st nov mere paas me inhone dusri machine bheji, jiski order id hai Order ID – OD226154967488486000 lekin usme bhi yahi problem arahi thi..paint quality bad hai, and stitching proper nahi hai, mene dubara return ki request daali 1st nov ko, and mere application me show kar rha tha k 17nov ko pick up hogi, but inhone apne app 11 nov ko meri return request cancel kardi, mujhe bina btaye , koi msg nhi kiya na call kiya. Mene flipkart pe call karke pucha k meri request cancel kese hui, apne app, to unhone btaya k, system error ki waje se apne app ho gai, mene bola isme customer ki mistake nahi hai, app dubara se return request daalo, to wo bole ke policy k according 8 nov tak apki return ho sakti thi ab nahi ho sakti sorry. Agar policy k according return request 7 days k baad nahi ho sakti, to apne app return request cancel kese ho gai, isme customer ka fault nahi hai, unhone bola ab kuch nhi ho sakta apko machine rakhni hi padegi. Agar ye policy k according chalte hai, to inki Policy me khape likha hua hai, k return request automatically cancel ho sakti hai, mujhe is baat ka jawab chahiye .. ye to mene 5000rs ki machine Li hai, agar mene costly machine li hoti jese 1lacs ya costly, tab to mere pese waste ho jaate…. Ye kesi service hai inki itni bekaar…….
