Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Fraud, Wrong Product Delivery, and Abusive Behaviour by Seller
I wish to formally report an incident involving an online seller who has engaged in fraudulent and abusive conduct.
On 05th March 2026, I purchased a product from the seller “Pravin Sherwani” (@pravinsherwani) via Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/pravinsherwani?igsh=MTN3OXNrMXBxYjE2MA==). Before confirming the order, I clearly provided the required size to the seller, and the seller explicitly acknowledged and agreed to it (as shown in the attached screenshots where the seller responded “ok”).
The seller’s contact number is: +91 8375954565.
However, upon delivery, the item received was completely different from what was agreed upon, including the incorrect size and mismatch with the advertised product.
When I contacted the seller to address this issue, instead of resolving the matter, the seller refused to cooperate and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The seller sent multiple abusive and offensive voice messages containing filthy language. In addition, the seller explicitly stated that we could “do whatever we want,” refusing any form of resolution.
After this, the seller blocked us on WhatsApp and all communication channels, making it impossible to resolve the issue directly.
This behaviour demonstrates clear misrepresentation of the product, negligence despite confirmed requirements, deliberate avoidance of communication, and harassment of the buyer. I have strong evidence of the transaction, product mismatch, chat messages, and voice recordings containing abusive language.
I therefore request a proper investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the seller for online fraud and harassment.
