Respected Sir,
I am Sapna sharma old customer of mytra, as usual, I purchased three kurtas on 20 Oct and out of which I got only two kurtas and is showing all the product is delivered to you, on the same day of the arrival of the product I raise my complaint and didn’t get the fruitful answer from the help-center side, I raise the complaint many times but I get the same answer from help-center, the product that comes in that packet has the capacity of only two products and that was seal and when I opened it I got only two and didn’t get my third kurta and showing all three are delivered. please try to understand the amount matters a lot to me.
Sir, I am requesting you please solve my problem as soon as possible, either you send me the same product or give me a refund of the product
