ordered Infinix Note 11s Free Fire Edition (Haze Green, 128 GB) on dated 30/12/2021 under exchange policy and made online payment of Rs. 13349/- . On 2nd january 2022 in the evening delivery attempt was made but Exchange value was made very less that’s why I refused to exchange it. The delivery boy took the product back. On 3rd jan I called flipkart and submit my request that I will pay rest of the money in cash and deliver the product to me. But since that day the product delivery is stuck. Whenever I called flipkart, they just say that they are working on it. Now it’s too late because the product was already in jhajjar hub and I am also the resident of jhajjar.
After making so many calls and msgs everything has gone in vain. That’s why I am writing it to you.
