Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Qubekart and ParcelX regarding an order I placed on 6th June 2025. The order was for a mobile phone, and it was delivered on 10th June 2025.

However, to my shock and disappointment, when I opened the parcel, instead of the phone, I found two mobile chargers inside the package. The main item (the phone) was missing.

Below are the details of the order and delivery:

• Channel Order ID: 133131

• ParcelX Order ID: #12647321

• Date of Order: 6th June 2025

• Date of Delivery: 10th June 2025

• Product Ordered: Nokia N8

• Items Received: 2 mobile chargers (instead of the phone)
