Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Qubekart and ParcelX regarding an order I placed on 6th June 2025. The order was for a mobile phone, and it was delivered on 10th June 2025.
However, to my shock and disappointment, when I opened the parcel, instead of the phone, I found two mobile chargers inside the package. The main item (the phone) was missing.

• Items Received: 2 mobile chargers (instead of the phone)
