I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my withdrawal request and subsequent account blocking. My account ID is 143385559, and I had a pending withdrawal request of ₹7000, which was submitted on 2nd June.
Despite multiple attempts to contact all available support teams, my withdrawal request remains unprocessed. Over the last three months, I have submitted 40 withdrawal requests, out of which only 15 have been processed, while the remaining requests continue to face delays under the pretext of technical issues. It has come to my attention that this same pattern is being followed for multiple user accounts, raising concerns about the company’s operational transparency.
As a responsible user, I had clearly communicated that my account should be blocked only after processing my pending withdrawal request. However, instead of fulfilling my request, the company rejected my withdrawal and blocked my account for five years, which was not the agreed-upon action.
