Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Flipkart Ignite. I was led to believe that certain commitments made during the onboarding process would be honored, but unfortunately, they have not been fulfilled as promised.
Some of the issues I encountered include:
Welcome call on the same day of payment and will allot a supportive person to manage my seller account. and i receive call on the third day of payment and now i don’t receive any call regarding my listing in flipkart seller account as my ignite member ship is active since 22/10/2024
and now i am not getting reply from flipkart’s help center, kindly fulfill my query else i’ll have to take legal action regarding this.
These discrepancies have not only caused inconvenience but have also led to a loss of trust in the platform. as before giving payment to flipkart ignite they use to call me 5 times a day for purchasing the membership. and now its 8th day they didn’t even think about why the listing is not live yet!
I kindly request that you address these concerns and provide clarity on the actual services offered by Flipkart Ignite. It is crucial that Flipkart maintains its integrity and reputation by ensuring that promises made to partners are consistently upheld.
Please advise on the steps you will take to rectify this situation and ensure that these issues are resolved promptly. I look forward to your response and a swift resolution. i have attached payment details below
