Dear Consumer Court,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered while attempting to book bus tickets through the Neugo Electric Bus Booking App. The app displayed a price of 214+GST initially, but when I proceeded to book, the final amount jumped to 499.
This sudden increase in pricing is misleading and deceptive, causing inconvenience to consumers like myself. I request your immediate intervention and action to address this matter and ensure fair and transparent pricing on the Neugo Electric Bus Booking App.
I have attached screenshots documenting the initial price display and the subsequent inflated amount during the booking process.
