Dear Voqora Customer service Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Voqora. I placed an order for a pink and yellow Mulmul Cotton Suit Set (Size: M) with Order ID VQ12676, as confirmed by the order summary I received via WhatsApp.
However, upon receiving the delivery today, February 24th, 2024, I was dismayed to find that the product delivered did not match the one I ordered. Instead, I received a different item altogether, which does not correspond to my order details. Despite paying the total amount of ₹980.00 in cash upon delivery, the product received was not worth the value paid. Also I Attached photos of received product please check.
This experience has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the service provided by Voqora. As a customer, I expect to receive the products I ordered in good condition and as described. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my recent purchase.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for the incorrect product. I believe it is only fair to receive a refund considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this error. I trust that Voqora values its customers’ satisfaction and will take prompt action to rectify this situation.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide information on the process for initiating the refund. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
