Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Gift Card Received from Snapmint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Snapmint, a financial services provider, for a grievous error in the fulfillment of a recent transaction I made through their platform. On [07/10/2023], I placed an order for a Flipkart gift card worth Rs. 2300, intending to pay for it over a 2-month EMI period. However, to my surprise and dismay, I received an Amazon gift card instead.

Despite my numerous attempts to contact Snapmint’s customer support and rectify this issue, I have received no response or assistance from their end. This not only amounts to a breach of trust but also a violation of consumer rights, as I have paid for a product that I did not receive as per my order.

I would like to highlight the following key points of my complaint:

1. On [07/10/2023], I placed an order for a Flipkart gift card worth Rs. 2300 on Snapmint’s platform.

2. The transaction was specifically set up as a 2-month EMI plan, as indicated in my purchase details.

3. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that I had been sent an Amazon gift card instead of the Flipkart gift card I had ordered.

4. I have made multiple attempts to contact Snapmint’s customer support via phone and Chat but have not received any response or resolution to my issue.

5. This incident has resulted in financial loss and inconvenience to me, as I have paid for a product that I did not receive, and I am unable to use the Amazon gift card as it was not what I intended to purchase.

I kindly request the Consumer Complaints Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Snapmint for their failure to address this issue and their negligence in fulfilling my order correctly. I seek the following remedies:

1. A full refund of the amount I paid for the Amazon gift card.

2. The delivery of the originally ordered Flipkart gift card as per the agreed EMI plan.

3. Appropriate compensation for the mental and financial distress caused by this incident.

I am attaching copies of all relevant documents, including my order confirmation, payment receipts, and communication attempts with Snapmint’s customer support, as evidence to support my case.

I earnestly hope that the Consumer Complaints Court will look into this matter promptly and ensure that justice is served. I thank you for your attention to this issue and your commitment to protecting consumer rights.
