Dear Meesho Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding two orders I placed through Meesho. Each order contained 10 units of a product, but upon delivery, I received only 1 unit per order. The remaining 9 units from each order were not delivered.

I promptly reported this issue to your support team. However, my request for resolution or refund was declined, citing the Fair Usage Policy. I would like to express my concern that this policy is being applied unfairly in this case, as I have not violated any terms and have simply requested the products I paid for.

Order ID 1: 195041394002956416 – Received: 1 unit, Missing: 9 units
Order ID 2: 195040678652181824 – Received: 1 unit, Missing: 9 units
Order Date: 04th Sep 2025
Delivery Date: 10th Sep 2024
I request that Meesho:

Investigate the incomplete delivery.
Provide a refund or deliver the remaining items.
Clarify how the Fair Usage Policy applies in this specific case.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through consumer grievance platforms and legal channels.
