I recharged my UTS R-Wallet with ₹100 on 5th October 2025, at 16:46. The amount was debited from my bank account, and the transaction status shows “Recharge Successful,” yet the wallet balance has not been updated.
Kindly look into the issue and initiate the refund process at the earliest.
