COMPLAINT MATTER
Subject: Complaint regarding delivery of wrong and incomplete items against an online order and payment of ₹1,000/-
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Geeta Sharma, resident of House No. 435-A, Opposite Guru Dham, Jaggi Garden, Ambala City, Haryana – 134007, hereby submit this complaint regarding an online order placed with Faze Fashion, Bhalswa Dairy, Rajiv Nagar, Bhalswa, Delhi – 110042.
I had placed an online order for 4 shirts of L Size, which were advertised at a price of ₹999/-. After placing the order, I received a parcel through Amazon. I made an online payment of ₹1,000/- for the parcel.
However, when I opened the parcel, I found that instead of the 4 L Size shirts ordered by me, I had received on 12.08.2026 only 2 T-shirts of XL Size. Therefore, the items delivered were both incorrect in size and less in quantity than the items ordered.

The above facts clearly show that I have not received the products that I ordered, despite making payment of ₹1,000/-.
I therefore request you to kindly take appropriate action against the concerned seller/company and arrange for the refund of my entire amount of ₹1,000/-. Appropriate action may also kindly be taken for supplying wrong and incomplete products to the customer.
I am ready to provide/attach the invoice, order details, payment proof, parcel photographs, and photographs/videos of the items actually received as evidence in support of my complaint.
