I purchased an SK Hynix RAM from Flipkart approximately 9–10 months ago under Order ID: OD335341539894868100. The RAM has now stopped working completely while it is still under warranty.
Since the official SK Hynix website does not provide any option to submit a warranty/RMA request, I contacted Flipkart Customer Care for assistance.
On 10 July 2026, I registered a warranty claim with Flipkart. My Incident Number is IN26071021191572325596.
On 11 July 2026, I received an email from Flipkart asking me to provide a convenient time for a support call. We requested a callback on 12 July 2026, but no call was received.
On 13 July 2026, Flipkart called my father in the morning. He requested a callback at around 6:00 PM, but no one called back.
On 14 July 2026, Flipkart again called in the morning. My father requested another callback at around 5:00 PM, but once again, no callback was received.
I contacted Flipkart Customer Care again and was assured that I would receive a callback on 15 July 2026. However, as of today, I have still not received any call or update regarding my warranty claim.
Despite multiple follow-ups, Flipkart has failed to process my warranty request or provide any meaningful assistance. The repeated missed callbacks and delays have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I request that Flipkart immediately process my warranty/RMA claim, arrange for the replacement of the defective SK Hynix RAM, and provide a prompt resolution without any further delay.
