I was made an order through swiggy
But after 2 minutes I want to cancel my order because they show 50 minutes delevery time
Then I try to cancel the order just after 2 minutes of order placed
But there show that if you cancel your order you will be charged for cancellation amount as equal to food amount
I talk to customer support on chat and call also they told me that you can only cancel your order within one minute of order placed
It is very minimal time to cancel an order
The person not even think about it if there is network issue how can a person would cancel the order because of lack of time
