This mail is regarding my order ID OD126124561702075000 for Dcreations Teady Bear Print Kid’s Hankey Handkerchief Women Soft Cotton Hankies Ladies hanky set for women [“Multicolor”] Handkerchief, Fashion Point Kids Glove, KETKAR Top – Pyjama Set For Baby Boys & Baby Girls, RC. ROYAL CLASS Men & Women Self Design Calf Length, Trampoline Track Pant For Boys & Girls and VISHAL_Co Baby Boys & Baby Girls Solid, Color Block, Printed, Animal Print Ankle Length, Mid-Calf/Crew all Prepaid orders. I raised concerns many times with your customer service but I’m not satisfied with the responses I received. After waiting for almost a month my orders were cancelled without intimating me prior to the cancellation. If you check and verify in your database you’ll find those orders were not sent on the destination for which I had mentioned pincode. My destination Pincode which I had mentioned is 193201 ( Sopore ) but order was sent to Handwara instead for which Pincode is 193221 completely different one. I raised the issue with your concerned team but they told me that these orders were cancelled by the seller showing unspecified reason. On same date I had placed other orders too with same delivery address and pincode which were delivered to me. I am very disappointed with the kind of after sale service you provide, I found it such a pathetic experience. My last conversation was with your executive Mr. Tushar whose attitude and behaviour was very rude and non professional. The products which were cancelled are now either out of stock or of higher price. I’ll definitely see other options and will write to consumers forum and other forums were this kind of experiences and issues are discussed. I was hoping Flipkart will provide me timely proper resolution but I must say you guys disappointed me.
I need a solution of this issue within fixed time and my payment of refund which has been added to gift card should be transferred to my account, as I’m not going to place order on Flipkart anymore because of your bad service.
