Sir,
I want raised a complaint regarding a wrong order of Paytm First. I am mentioned below my complaint in details.
Sir, at the time of adding money in wallet by credit card, i see a offer 100 Rs. Cash back on adding 750 Rs., so i am process this but after completion transition i am received 100 Rs. Cash back but not get 750 Rs. in my wallet A/C. I shocking after not get payment in my wallet and contact to costumer care and he inform that i done order of paytm First. i request to costumer care for cancel this order but he reply with he not able to cancel this order. After that i am send request by 24×7 helpline mode to message, and get reply with not able to cancel this order and refund money.
Company block my credit card but in this transaction why my credit card work. It is company monopoly. So i am requesting you to please registered my complaint and help for refund my money.
