Text of Complaint by Jagbir Singh:

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a user of Tata Play TV services. My Tata Play sub-id is 1201165808, and I had a plan of Rs. 173 monthly terrif since last 2 years, approx. But after February 15, 2023, Tata Play added another two plans of Rs. 120 per month to my account without my permission, which I never used. Today, after deactivating my services, I checked my account and had a conversation with Tata Play customer care, but they closed my complaint no. 4II1RSR6 without any solution and said that their team had taken permission for the above-mentioned plans through a call on February 15 on my registered mobile number, which was totally false information given by customer care because I did not give any permission through a call or SMS. So it is requested that you kindly order Tata Play to refund my total rupee rate of 120 per month for the period from February 15, 2023, to June 10, 2023.
