Sir actually I try to transfer money through phonepe app from Bank of Baroda to kotak bank but transaction was failed.i again tried.but this time also failed. Thats okay but my amount was deducted by you both time. I transact this transactions on 8 April.
I am your oldest customer.but I really got tensed because amount is not a small amount.I had a conversation with phonepe they said that it’s your bank technical problem.And they gave me a suggestion for filling complain chargeback. sir please resolve my issue.
