Dear sir,

My name is Srinivas Kunchala, booked a Train ticket in ” 12734 Narayanadri Exp. for 4th August’2018. with the

Reservation ID: 100001331365508 from Secunderabad to Tirupati for my parents & younger brother using IRCTC account on 28/06/2018 @ 9:42 PM . user ID is rajksree_m, when do I get my refund (i.e Rs.1155.00) back for the transaction in which  the message there in Failed Transaction history stating that ” Amount Pending from Bank end) but the said amount was debited from my ‘ Andhra Bank Account’.  i’m attaching the same, kindly guide me.
