I raised a request for Port change from Vodafone to Jio. They rejected my request on 08th March 2018 due to This post paid costumer has outstanding payments due.
I have already paid my February bill. They activated some package of SMS which is Rs. 49 and added that into my February bill. They activated this on March 8th itself.
I paid extra Rs. 49 and requested for port again. This time I made Rs. 150 extra payment on my number. I called everyday to the customer service checking the status. They said the request will be approved.
Today again 12th March it is rejected for the same reason as outstanding amount is due. I called customer and checked. They see that I have Rs.150 more in my account and says that I have activated Rs.199 top up on the plan and needs to be paid.
I have all the call recordings as proofs. There was no call from Vodafone to me and there is no approval from my side on any additional top up.
Can someone look into this and also, let me know how to proceed legally on this.
