Hi Vodafone

This issue is related to Feb2018. A huge bill was posed on me on account of calls and mobile data when I was not in India. Since then I have been chasing them with number of mails, calling customer care and whatever best I can do to reach them. But all in vain.

I have checked with many of my friends who also moved out to Sweden with exactly same plan ‘VG_DL_MV_HCL85_New_2’.

In order to safeguard corporate customers automatic plan were activated so that their bills are not going out of proportions. However no such step was taken in my case and in fact no one informed from Vodafone or message informing me about my data running in International Roaming.

It is quite understandable for anyone that this would have happened as a mistake and I had no intention to run Mobile Data and calls on International Roaming. In fact I already had a local number by then so there was no reason to do things on International Roaming.

I discussed many times with Customer Care people, I mailed them many times, but none of them helped me. They were just not ready to understand my position and always will just say same replies. My incoming calls and SMS were barred. This is quite a harassment as I was not getting any OTP and it stopped me doing any transactions, leaving me with no option then to pay the bill. I never expect this kind of behaviour from a company of this stature.

As a very old loyal corporate Vodafone customer I expect some kind of discount/adjustment from Vodafone. This is because even you also have not followed your standard procedure to activate internal plans by default to safe guard your customer.

I would encourage the customer care people to either call me at: +46764555298 or on Whatsapp: 9999883498. Of-course I can’t pick phone calls on INDIA number so Whatsapp is the options.

I am looking forward for some kind of relief here.
