i got a page’s detail from f.b and then i called him about that thing he explained me the details and i made payment for that thing and after i paid him he did not gave me the offered thing and now his cell is off and he is even not responding to my calls and text i made payment from paytm no. is 6354073008 so i need details of this no. if possible
