Sir/Mam,
On 26th March,2018 I missed my Vodafone sim 9874553172 and blocked through customer call center.
On 3rd April I got a duplicate sim from Vodafone Store, Royapuram, Chennai.
Hence the sim not activated till 13th April, I went to the same store. The Vodafone store representtative told me due to some internal problems the sim is not able activate. So they provide me a nother duplicate sim.
But till now the sim is inactive. I call the customers call centre and they said contact with Vodafone store. I went to Vodafone store and they are saying to contact with customers call center.
They are simply making me fool. Please help me to activate my sim.
