Hi,I ordered two products from Amazon which were defective so I issued a return of the two products. I called amazon customer care and asked for a refund of the order and he told me refund will be issued in my bank account. Later i found out that the agent has issued a cheque on my address without my permission instead of a bank refund. I then asked the customer care to convert it into bank refund since my address is not reachable by post and i cannot submit cheque to my home bank branch as it’s in a different state.
The Amazon agent has deliberately issued a cheque instead of bank refund in spite of telling them to issue a refund in the bank account

Now the customer care is telling me cancellation of cheque is not possible as they don’t have data and they are not able to issue refund in my bank account also.
This is pure negligence from the Amazon team and my refund is stuck because of them.
I need a refund of rs.459 to be issued immediately in my Amazon pay balance or bank account and I don’t want any cheque. Kindly issue the refund amount in my Amazon pay balance asap
