Hi, I am Savithri Vijay from Bangalore,Karnataka and I have been using vodafone for more than 15 years.
I got Vodafone Alert message on 9th November 2018, saying your mobile service validity is expiring on 9th Nov 2018. Kindly recharge with Rs 35 to start using mobile services.
What is this mobile service validity? I haven’t got these type of messages before in 15 + years. I was having Rs.50+ main balance. I did not take any action on that. Today, 28th November 2018, I have received one incoming call and received summary of that call. In that summary message it is showing outgoing validity expires on 30th Nov 2018.
What does it mean? When I have a sufficient main balance why should I recharge? After 30th Nov 2018 what will happen?
Please resolve this issue.
