I have purchased a moviepass worth Rs.600/- in paytm. I have received promocode for movie ticket but when i am applying the promocode while booking showing error. I have send a mail to customer care regarding the issue but response is not appropriate. kindly solve the issue

problem is that my paytm postpaid wallet deactivate from your site while I have paid previous bill
so I request you kindly active my paytm postpaid wallet as soon as possible
