I have placed an order via Instagram for a dress and the received product is cheap. But the address and phone number in the package is not available and its fraud. I would like to return my product and get my money back

I orderd a CM90006-5 item product on 28/12/2020.2/1/2021 recieved my order. But wrong product deliverd me. I want to return. They are give return address. It include number not reacheble and email sms canot send. So it’s very cheep online shop
