Sir,
With reference to my telephonic conversation at 199 about 90 minutes ago as under:
I’m senior citizen of 69 years old residing at C-32, Rajouri Garden New Delhi 110027 and travelling world for almost 6 months in a year.
Today I made a call at 199 which is recorded. That me n my wife are going to Singapore on 25th July and v want to having the following facilities from 26th July onwards as under:
On my wife mobile 9873414142 in save custody for 6 months and my 9818652520 only sms service internationally from 26th July onwards.
I got a msg the sms service activated today only. Immediately I had called 199 about 10.20 waited to take with supervision for almost 18 minutes to rectify the date not from today but from 26th July. Call got disconnected.
Sorry now approach your good self for the rectification and reversal of Rs149 debited to my account immediately with my fault.
