I have ordered a saree on online from Kiruthikhaa boutique by paying Rs. 1,150 ( a patola saree by their description) on 27/07/2023.
They told that it will take two weeks to ship and expected to deliver on 17/08/2023. I said ok and made payment on 27/07/2023. On 28/07/2023, they shared my order number as G4801.
On 08/08/2023, I have inquired about the status. They said that still waiting. Again on 11/08/2023, when I remained, they told that another one week it takes to dispatch.
They I told that I can’t wait as I have time constraint, so tell me what options I have to choose another saree, so that dispatch will be immediate. They shared a YouTube link.
On 12/08/2023, I have choosen a saree and they told ready to dispatch. Then I told ok send it immediately. They said ok. On the same day, when I checked about tracking, they told saree will be dispatched on Monday, i.e. 14/08/2023 only and tracking will be shared on 15/08/2023, Tuesday before 12pm. After a long discussion, I was convinced myself and kept quiet and waited. They promised me that they send by speed courier and also promised that at any cost I will receive my saree by 17/08/2023.
Today, i.e. 15/08/2023, Tuesday, from the 09am to 04-20pm, I have been trying to contact them, they told that they are still waiting to receive the tracking information from the courier service, they keep telling same thing till 04-20pm. At 04-20pm, they told that today public holiday, so we didn’t receive the tracking, will share you the the tracking tomorrow, i.e. 16/08/2023.
I dont know whether I will receive or not, I highly doubt about it.
Even I receive it, they have wasted my four days of time and gave so much stress.
Nobody should undergo this.
Strict action should be taken, if they cant handle business, they should not accept it. All timeline they gave are breached. Why should I keep follow-up them after paying how much they demanded.
