Complaint is about Worst service of paytm towards Fastag..I purchased Fastag from paytm on 15th of Dec.2019.. delivered 20th of Dec.2019..I went punjab on 26th..On toll plaza my Fastag didn’t work,,I contacted paytm team..they said they haven’t my documents…I uploaded full related documents..but on 1st of jan. 2020 Fastag didn’t work again…I have sent related documents so many times but there is no response from paytm team…I have never seen the worst service like paytm…
