I had ordered a product from a website named dress dive and the product was not same that I had ordered it was very different in it’s looks and quality so I had to return it and when I looked over it to see the contacts or any exchange policy no contact is given and when I look through the email address given on that website it is of any other person who even don’t know about that website and I want my refund from that but there is no option for contacts
