For the month of January 2019, I have been charged with amount of Rs.4742 /-, Bill No. 15IMH01910448770, Account No: 104932957. I have been charged with access amount of Rs. 3999/- and Rs.150/- for the International roaming pack for 10 days.
The irony is that i have not called vodafone neither have i sent a SMS to activate the International roaming service. For more than 2 years I have not been outside India, so there is no reason why i will get the International roaming enabled. You can also check no international call was made after the roaming got enabled. Still the service has got activated resulting in huge jump in my monthly billing.
My request to Vodafone to reverse the charges which i have not asked for and not used at the earliest to enable me to pay my bill on time.
Please look into this on immediate basis and reverse the overcharged amount Asap
