I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the product delivered (Order No. 1231476987421) on 02nd July 2026. Unfortunately, it’s not the product I ordered, as advertised on their website.

I have Ordered: Automatic Self Defence Stick, Instant-Snap Extension with One Click – Opens instantly with a single press and safety latch.

However, I received a different Product. This is a clear breach of trade practice and has caused inconvenience.
