I paid ₹18,999 on 30.06.2026 towards the Master Program enrollment for my child (Class 7).
Due to medical reasons, I requested a refund within 7 days, as per the company’s refund policy attached herewith. I submitted my refund request on 02.07.2026 and sent reminder emails on 03.07.2026, 07.07.2026, and 10.07.2026. However, I have received no response, and the company is not answering my phone calls.
When I will get my refund ?
