Text of Complaint by SUMAN DAS:

ONE WEEK BACK, I GOT A PHONE CALL (7059132499) FROM VODAFONE AND TELL HER NAME PRIYA SEN FOR PORTING MY PHONE NUMBER FROM AIRTEL TO VODAFONE. I FIXED THE TIME TO GET DOCUMENT WHICH COLLECT FROM MY HOME SATURDAY. SHE TOLD ME TO READY 1 COPY VOTER ID AND 1 COPY PAN CARD AND 1 COPY PASSPORT SIZED PHOTO AND RS. 300/- FOR DEPOSIT MONEY WHICH DEDUCTED FROM MY FIRST TWO BILLS. BUT TODAY TILL NOW NO MESSAGE HAVE BEEN FOUND FROM THEIR END. WHEN I CALL HER SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE CONTACT WITH ME TODAY IN LAST HOUR BUT EVERYDAY SHE AVOID IT.

AFTER SOME DAYS AGAIN A CALL I AM GOT FROM VODAFONE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE FOR PORTING MY PHONE NUMBER. WHEN I AM TELLING HIM ABOUT MY PREVIOUS MATTER HE TOLD ME THAT IT NOT A PROCEDURE FOR PORTING.
