I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent delivery I received from Ajio. Today again, a delivery was made to my address, but to my dismay, the package was completely empty again. Naturally, I had no choice but to refuse the delivery.

The empty package I received is a clear indication of a severe lapse in your delivery and quality control processes. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied and frustrated as a customer. I had ordered a pair of shoes, and to receive an empty package is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

I kindly request an immediate refund for the second pair of shoes that I ordered. It is only fair that I receive a refund for the amount I paid for the product that I did not receive due to this unfortunate incident.

Furthermore, I implore you to investigate how such an egregious mistake occurred in the first place. An empty package reaching a customer is unacceptable, and this situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I urge you to take this matter seriously and make necessary improvements to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, as I have already experienced significant inconvenience and frustration in dealing with this matter. Kindly refund the amount for the missing product at the earliest.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if someone senior from your team could reach out to me urgently on my mobile number to discuss this matter further and provide an update on the refund process.

If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it to the consumer court. I believe in fair and transparent transactions, and I am truly fed up with having to chase this matter.

I hope that this email conveys the urgency and seriousness of the situation. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

I WANT MY REFUND ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR HELP.
